Chinese and Peanut Butter Cups OH MY!
Last day of my cleanse and I had chinese and peanut butter cups……. Ummmmm yeah about that. Well shit happens. Tomorrow is a new day!
Brussels Sprouts?!?!?!
Okay seriously, I just tried brussel sprouts for the first time, they were horrible!! I could barely choke two down. I am soooo disappointed :(
Great Day!!
Today is going great, especially for it being Friday the 13th! I started a brand new job today and the training went great! I also ate subway for lunch and am keeping a very close eye on what I am eating because I am on Day 4 of my cleanse.
I have the next two days off, thus, I really need to focus on what I’m eating and working out!

Loving how I feel!! The cleanse is wonderful,especially after Easter. I love eating more fruits and veggies, plus I’ve already lost 4 lbs. Now I really need to focus on weight lifting because I can tell that use to be way more toned and loved my body back then! Any ideas on how to start vetting more toned???
I am going to a step and sculpt class tonight with my mom! Wish me luck!
24 Day Advocare Challenge
Sorry about last week! I had a rough week and really didn’t have time to go on the internet. I did pretty well over Easter, but I did gain back 2 lbs. :( Today I am starting the 24 Day Advocare Challenge! Advocare products are superb!

Back on Track!
Epic fail this morning……literally ate an entire cup of puppy chow! I just couldn’t helpĀ myself, buuuuuuut I went to the gym tonight and did work!!!! :) I feel they equal each other out! Hahaha!

Just had to cross out two goals for this week:

Workout everyday
I don’t even have a valid excuse for either of these, but I am just going to keep my chin up and go work out right now!
